The Council recognizes the importance of Malaysia as a hub for business within the broader ASEAN region. As such the Council regularly engages with other business councils to ensure that members can benefit from business opportunities with the region.

Representation at Government to Government dialogue

Representation at annual Joint Trade Committee dialogues held between Australian and Malaysian Government officials.

Trade Delegation/Roadshows

Organise trade and investment missions between Australian and Malaysian business people, trade officials and other interested stakeholders.

Joint Business Council discussions

Organising AMBC/MABC Joint Council Meetings and Joint Business Conferences in both Malaysia and Australia.

Provision of services to AMBC members visiting Malaysia for purpose of business, through the use of AMBC/MABC’s contacts and counterparts in Malaysia.
